Packing options

  • You can collect the Storage box from a Storage King warehouse and pack it in the comfort of your own home (R450 deposit required for this option). You can then either deliver the storage box back to us or give us 24 hours’ notice and we will come and collect it from you at no charge.
  • You can call and request a delivery. We will then send the storage box to you and wait up to 20 minutes while you pack. We then take the locked unit back to our facility.
  • You can also pack the items at your nearest Storage King Warehouse.

    Access or Redelivery

    The following access and redelivery options are available:

    • You can come and access your goods at one of our Storage King warehouses given that you provide 24 hours’ notice.
    • You can come and collect the storage box from us and take it back with you to repack in the comfort of your own home and then redeliver it back to us. We require 24 hours’ notice (R450 deposit required for this option).
    • Or we can redeliver the box to you for a fee of R200 within a 15km radius from the Storage King warehouse.
    • We can also do a access delivery where we bring the Storage box to you and wait 20 minutes for you to repack. This option costs R50.00 per access per box.

    Security

    • Each unit is locked, and the owner keeps all copies of the keys.
    • All units are stored indoors inside one of our dry, clean and very secure storage facilities.
    • We have 24-hour guards, CCTV as well as alarm systems linked to private armed response.
    • Each unit is also sealed with a security seal.
