Storage King was founded in 2012 by Dylan Rodrigues CA (SA) and Dr Antonio Rodrigues MBA who are both proud South Africans who have been business owners for over thirty years.  Storage King has been providing personal and business storage for the past 7 years and are leaders in the portable storage industry.

The franchise opportunity will offer mobile/self-storage solution for personal and business needs.

Monthly Management Service Fee

8% of sales with a minimum fee of R15,000 from month 9 .

Monthly Administrative Fee

(<450 units) R 3000 (Optional Debtors Clerk Function) / (>450 units) R6 000  (Optional Debtors Clerk Function).

A franchisee will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Successful franchisees are hardworking, hands-on operators that are committed to and enthusiastic about getting involved in the business.

Franchisees should have the following characteristics to enable them to make a success of their franchise:

Experience: Minimum 5 years business experience
Education Level: Matric/Grade 12
Age: 30 years and older

The above are broad parameters and all franchisee selection is done on the basis of personal discussion and review with all prospective Franchisees.

  • Initial training includes all aspects of the business deemed necessary by the franchisor.
  • An operations and procedure manual will be made available to all franchisees.

  • Franchisees may be required to participate in continuing training if required and deemed necessary.
